Ben Kennedy
Chief Services Officer, Human Capital Education
Ben Kennedy is the Founder of Kennedy & Company and now the Chief Services Officer at Human Capital Education, which acquired Kennedy & Co in January of 2026. An alum of Bain and Huron Consulting, Ben also served as a member of the Duke Board of Trustees and worked in-house as a Special Advisor at the University of South Carolina. Since founding Kennedy & Company in 2013, Ben and Kennedy & Company have worked with more than 250 institutions of higher education on projects regarding overall strategy, operations, and technology. Ben is a two-time graduate of Duke University and lives in Charlottesville with his wife and three children and enjoys soccer, long distance running, and gardening.
