Bryan Lackaye
Vice President, Global Network and Strategic Initiatives, Northeastern University
Bryan Lackaye brings more than two decades of experience advancing institutional growth, academic innovation, and global expansion. He currently serves in a leadership role at Northeastern University, overseeing the university’s global regulatory affairs and compliance functions, ensuring strategic entry into new markets and sustained compliance across the diverse regulatory environments in which the university operates.
Bryan previously served as Associate Dean of Graduate Program Administration in the Khoury College of Computer Sciences, where he launched and scaled multiple graduate-level programs across Northeastern University’s Global Campus Network. He also developed and now oversees a unit dedicated to the analysis, deployment, and optimization of Global Network programs—aligning academic strategy with market demand, operational execution, and long-term sustainability.
A seasoned integration leader, Bryan serves as the integration lead for Northeastern’s merger with Marymount Manhattan College, guiding multidisciplinary and multi-institutional teams through comprehensive integration planning and execution. He has also held leadership roles on university teams during Northeastern’s mergers with Mills College in Oakland, California, and the New College of the Humanities in London, England, contributing to strategic alignment, regulatory navigation, and operational integration across institutions.
