Chad Cook

Chad Cook is the University Treasurer at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. There, he oversees the debt program, internal bank, investment of operating funds, banking operations, cashiering, and collections. Prior to VCU, Chad was at the University of Washington for ten years, where he served as the Associate Treasurer.
