Chloe O’Sullivan is a Principal in BCG’s Education practice, where she partners with universities and state systems navigating periods of transformation. Her work spans operational effectiveness, organizational design, and aligning education systems with the evolving needs of today’s workforce and employers. Prior to joining BCG, Chloe advised higher education leaders at EAB, with a focus on enrollment and strategic growth.
