David King
President, Ursuline College
David King was appointed president of Ursuline College (OH) in July 2024 as the college’s first non-Catholic, male president in its 154-year history. Previously, King served as president of Malone University (OH) for more than 10 years until 2022. Prior to that, King spent 20 years at Eastern University (PA), holding various leadership positions including provost, executive dean, chief development officer, vice president for administration, and director of human resources. King returned to Eastern University in 2023-2024, serving as executive director of business relations and executive in residence for the College of Business and Leadership. King has served on multiple boards, including serving as Chair of the Association of Independent Colleges & Universities of Ohio and the Great Midwest Athletic Conference. King is a recipient of the National CUPA-HR Distinguished Service Award.
