For over 25 years, she has worked with universities, colleges, independent schools, education associations, education companies, and investors to solve a range of legal and regulatory challenges. No matter the context – transactions, counseling, litigation, or government investigations – she brings to bear her extensive knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements pertinent to education sector clients. Stephanie is attuned to education sector dynamics and is current with federal education policy developments.
